These Booking Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all reservations made through the Terra Ventura Villa website (the "Website"). By making a booking, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Property Information

Terra Ventura Villa (the "Property") is offered for short-term holiday accommodation only. Bookings are accepted solely for the purpose of temporary stays and do not create a landlord–tenant relationship.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1 A booking is considered confirmed only once:

• Full or partial payment has been received, and

• A written booking confirmation has been sent by email.

2.2 The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with these Terms.

2.3 All information provided at the time of booking must be accurate and complete.

3. Payments

3.1 Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3.2 The total booking price includes accommodation charges and any additional fees clearly stated at the time of booking.

3.3 Applicable taxes, where required by law, will be displayed during the booking process.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation terms will be clearly displayed at the time of booking and may vary depending on the rate selected.

4.2 Any cancellation request must be made in writing via email.

4.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Security Deposit

5.1 A refundable security deposit may be required. If applicable, this will be clearly communicated before booking.

5.2 The security deposit may be used to cover damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of the stay.

5.3 Any remaining balance will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe after departure.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

6.1 Check-in and check-out times will be provided in the booking confirmation.

6.2 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

7. Use of the Property

7.1 The Property may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking confirmation.

7.2 The Property must be used solely for residential holiday purposes. Parties, events, photo shoots, or commercial activities are strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing prior to arrival.

7.3 Guests must respect neighbors and comply with local noise regulations at all times, particularly during designated quiet hours.

7.4 Smoking is not permitted inside the Property.

7.5 Pets are not permitted unless explicitly approved in writing prior to booking.

7.6 Guests must comply with all applicable Greek laws and local regulations during their stay.

8. Damage, Loss, and Liability

8.1 Guests are fully responsible for the Property and its contents during their stay and must leave it in the same condition as upon arrival, excluding normal wear and tear.

8.2 Any damage, breakage, loss, or missing items must be reported immediately.

8.3 We reserve the right to charge guests for:

• Repair or replacement of damaged or missing items

• Professional cleaning required beyond standard turnover cleaning

• Any costs resulting from misuse of the Property

8.4 Charges may be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the payment method used for booking where legally permitted.

8.5 Terra Ventura Villa is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings occurring on the Property, except where caused by proven negligence on our part.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or utility failures.

10. Complaints

Any issues or complaints should be reported as soon as reasonably possible during the stay to allow us the opportunity to resolve them.

11. Termination of Stay

We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if these Terms are breached, including but not limited to unauthorized guests, property damage, or illegal activities.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
